11 bedroom mansion?

Okay SOOOO I have a huge family. I need a house with 11 or so bedrooms,2 car garage, and hopefully a pool and playground. I'm terrible at building houses but I'm good at furnishing so I don't need it furnished. I also have ALL eps and sps. Help?:blob6:

I don't recall ever seeing one with that many bedrooms. You might find one looking through the following links to MTS2, but remember, the larger the lot, the slower the load and the slower the game runs when in that lot.

I am thinking maybe you need a "Brady Bunch" set up with some of those kids sharing rooms! lol. I have plans for an eight bedroom, but like jamesabrown1 says, it'll be on a huge lot and may be slow.

Just out of curiosity, why would you need 11 bedrooms if you can only have 8 sims on a lot?
Even with each sim having it's own room, that's still only a max of 8 bedrooms. If married/joined couples share, it's even fewer. Having all the unnecessary space just adds lag to your game.

Well, you can actually have more than 8 Sims on a lot. Plus, extra rooms could be used for other functions. Offices, nursery's, guest bedrooms...
