Ok this is my first upload here on insimenator!
I have desided to share some buildings that i have created, this is my first one Smiley
Copied the building from SimCity Societies and tried to build it in ts2.

The flats are really small (5x5) but they are built for sims that have a small budget or have other reasons why they can't live in a bigger place Smiley
Montly fee: 348§ - 356§
24 flats

I have all of the expacks besides BV but It uses objects from NightLife, Open for Business, University, Seasons and of course ApartmentLife.

There are some customcontent included but i don't have the name of the creators.

Do NOT upload on any paysite, this building is for private use only!

Happy siming! Tongue

this is an excellent first upload Jack, I certainly look forward to seeing more from you.

This is a fantastic lot, very realistic and ... YAY ... finally someone that calls them flats - calling them apartments is just a way of charging more for a poky dingy bedsit or flat!!

This is really nice. I haven't played The Sims in a couple of weeks, but because of this I'm about to.

Wicked. The whole thing reminds me of my attempt at an urban ghetto block, except I think yours looks better. Smiley
24 flats though!!!! I'm gonna try it anyway to see if it lags on my machine. We'll see. Thanks. Smiley

Thank you, thank you, thank you! About time I found a realistic apartment download. This will look great in my Waterfront business district. This will also be a great place for YA Sims who just finished college to move into. Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Oh and thank you!
