resurect o nomitron?

i was wondering if there was any other way to get the resurrect o nomitron without having the university expansion, like a download or something? please help me

Without having University installed, you probably can't get or use an actual resurrect-o-nomitron. It was introduced as both a career reward object in University and as an in-house object at colleges' Secret Society. There are buyable versions out there too, but so far as I'm aware they also require University be installed.

However, you can resurrect dead Sims (with or without University) using Insimenator or it's Mortality Adjuster.
