Not all retired Sims want to live their golden years in the beach or in the suburbs. Some of them are too used to city life and want to stay in the thick of it. To help them make ends meet, here is a small flat on top of a business so easy to run that it's almost offensive.
It is a video game room with six machines and generously supplied with snapdragons, which make the customers so happy that they will only leave when they are almost falling asleep. This is a business that quite literally runs itself. Your Sims only have to get the licence for a home business by phone, duly block all doors to their living quarters, open up shop... and forget about it. Your customers will come by themselves, spend some happy hours and go home only to be replaced by other suckers, and the cash will pile up.
All the owners need to do is regularly increase the entrance fee, every time the business upgrades its category, which will happen automatically as the golden stars accumulate. Once in a while clean the washroom, but the customers almost never use it.
All without any CC, hacks or cheats.
There is a small vegetable garden and fruit tree, one excercise machine, and a sewing machine. There is one bedroom and a guest room, two bathrooms and one parking space.
Of course, your lazy Sims don't have to retire to live here.
No CC.
Notice:The building is on a lot shrunken using Mootilda's Lot Adjuster in order to make it only 2X1, and is a fake rowhouse.
Finally, it is dirt-cheap: only 24,981.

Lot Size: 1x2
Lot Price: 24981
