318 bay view drive revisited

ok this is my first little upload, it is based on the maxis created lot of 318 bay view drive, just with some changes to improve the lot.
this lot was built as a starter home for a couple and thier child;)
lot comes furnished(by starter lot kind)
lot costs around 26,000
lot cc:

comes with
2 bedrooms
1 living room
1 hallyway and kitchen
1 bathroom
outside area for eating and parties:D
pond and plants to brighten up the place
hope you like the changes i made, if so please do tell:D
if this is well rechieved i will hopefully get around to doing the other lots from apartment life;)
