EP2 Required: No autonomous gossip

As requested:
This hack prevents all Sims from autonomously gossiping to each other, it also prevents adults from trying to gossip with children (there are no animations for this).

Note: you only need to download one of the files below:

noautonomousgossip.zip(never gossip)
noShopGossip.zip(don’t gossip only while shop is open EP3 required)

I try to ensure that all of my mods are 100% bug free but sometimes a bug pops up that I wasn’t aware of; if you find a bug please send me a private message; I can usually fix it within a couple of minutes.
