Can I change a neighborhood's name?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before.
 I wanna change the name of my custom neighborhood. How can I do that? It won't let me edit in game. Or at least I don't know how.

You have to exit the neighborhood to do that. Once you see pictures of your neighborhoods, beneath them are the names, click on them and delete, type a new name. Simple
