I was wondering if you could make a mod where kids could have their first kiss and go steady

There is a mod over at Inteen called 'Childhood crushes', This allows kids to kiss other kids who are friends(Family kiss only) ~ If the kiss is special enough then the child will have it in their memories as a crush.
