No Appearence Change when Becoming a Werewolf

I decided to see what life would be like as a werewolf, so I got nibbled by the pack leader and my sim glowed orange, she can howl, she walks like a werewolf, but she just doesn't have and fur! I tried having no custom content on her and that didn't help.
PS I don't have any werewolf hacks!
some light on this issue would be greatly appreciated! thanks!
