Can anyone help me?

I notice anytime I make a Family,the Sims that I made don't look right. They look find in Bodyshop,but in the game they look kind of blurry. Most of the problem is there skin,eyes,and even their clothing.

So any ideas how I can get my Sim to look normal again? Does it have anything to do with dusk in the computer?

Maybe your video options in the game are set low?

Yeah, your texture option is set at low, and same thing with the quality. Go to settings and set it all to high, and it will fix it. But the higher you set it, the slower your game.
