What he meant was that when you install this mod, this mod will reset the Sims so that whatever they were doing, they no longer were doing those things. For example, if the Sim was painting, and if you install the mod, the Sim will be reset to be standing by the easel doing nothing. He/she was no longer painting.

Don't worry. You won't have to start over with these Sims.
