Missing folder to put .nlo package in

I found these party lights over at MTS2 that I'd like to use, however, there are instructions about installing a .nlo package in a TSData folder. Well, I don't have this folder. I've looked in every folder under The Sims 2 game file.
Should I just give up using these lights?

Go to Program Files/EAGames/Your Latest EP/TSData/Res/, then you'll see a lights folder

Oh, thanks!! I went to the base game. But, I need to go to AL, then?
I haven't used the lights yet, so I can fix that. I'm glad you posted that, EKoski.
I was still in the wrong place!! lol
