Changing clothes on hacks

when I use certain hack devices my sims keep changing clothes. makes movie making a pain. How do I stop this.

Something's conflicting. At least, without more information, that's what it sounds like.

You'll have to track down what mods/hacks are causing the conflict.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's Dizzys auto change clothes hack. It did that in my game. You just have to take it out - there's no way around it, really. If you were using it for the pregnant sims wear any clothing feature, just use Squinge's (found on this site) instead.
