The chains would be not be animated, so there would be little point in making it.  The manacles on the legs or the shackles on the wrists easily done - the neck collar, also easy, chains close to the body would distort and stretch like elastic, any attempt to make them on the legs or bewteen the legs or arms would result in the chains passin into the body in a most disturbing way in animations and they would be like a chain of rubber bands at best.

It's not the sort of work or workmanship I would want to be associated with.
