Guys and Girls, thanks to all of you for the nice comments.   

I guess I am my worst enemy when it comes to the weight gain though, you know how easy it is to get down about stuff like that, I get angry at the lack of control over the situation.    It doesn't help when you get hurtful comments from extended family etc, but yeah I should just tell them to kiss my newly padded behind.

Some people are just filled with such hate and anger that they throw it at anybody and everybody. I know how you feel, my dad and older sister said pretty mean things to me my whole life about weight issues. But now im a different person and can honestly say im happy with myself. Just let negative comments go right over your head, when you feel happy with yourself other people will notice that confidence.

I feel with some people it's that confidence that makes them angry and more spiteful, they want to bring that person down as it makes them feel better about their own miserable lives.
