Looks like the bone assignments are gone.
What meshtools are you using?

Nouk is right and in this case you better start over........reassigning bones is to much work unless you are absolutly sure you only edited the shape and did not delete or add any vertices.?

If your sure you didn't add or delete parts you can try do the following:
Note, you will need Milkshape(and Wes H his plugins) for this!!

*Import the original mesh you first started with.(with Unimesh)
*Delete the morphs and export the body file as a objx file(with Unimesh tools)
name it body

*Restart Milkshape and import your own bodyshape mesh
*Export it as a wavefront obj file(name it body)
*Restart Milkshape again and import the just saved obj file
*Now import the objx file you saved earlier
*Export the file with Unimesh exporter.

This will give the mesh its skeleton and all verts there original boneassignements back, you can check it by looking at the comment box of the mesh.
It will be like this:

 ModelName: body
Opacity: -1
HasTangentArray:
NumSkinWgts: 3

It looks the shoes are custom not?
You might need to shop them of first but you also can upload both files if you like(the original maxis body you used in the first place and your final mesh) and i'll see wat i can do.
I need both files(extension) as you import them with Unimesh in Milkshape.

If you are using Blender im affraid i can not help you Sad

You can try the Auto-Assign Sims 2 Bones tool in Milkshape. Works like a charm.

I was using Milkshape cause it's much easier. But the trial ran out. So I can mesh at all cause my blender keeps saying I have a python issuse.

If anyone wants to give me a registration code, hit me up!

Anyway, I keep deleting the joints cause they were all big and in the way. I learned how to fix that, but now I can't mesh so....

Unfortunate not.....
This tool will only assigne one(maybe 2) bone per vertex while you need 3 bones on a few bodyparts for a smooth animation.

For 30 bucks you have a wonderfull 3d proggy, but if you dont want to spent the money im affraid i cant help you...
