...any other way of getting loads of simoleans without working for it, I'd really appreciate some help!

3 different ways using the cheat box.
Open the cheat box: Control-Shift-C
Enter this: kaching
And press the enter key.
Each time you use kaching it will add 1000 simoleans to the current total.
Or,
enter this: motherlode
and presss the enter key.
Each time you use motherlode it will add 50,000 simoleans to the current total.
Or, enter this:
familyFunds nameoffamily amount
Change nameoffamily to (duh) the name of the family.
Change amount to either a new total amount (for example, familyFunds Lopez 123411 will alter the current total of the Lopez family to 123,411)) or else use a plus sign or a minus sign to add or subtract any specific amount (for example, using +3050 will add 3050 simoleans to the current total)
and press the enter key.
That last cheat can be especially helpful before moving a family into a lot, as it can be used in neighborhood view and will alter the total funds of a family in the Family Bin before they move in.
