I just installed Apartment Life and when I went to play the game ALL my CC was gone.     Cry
please someone tell me how to get it all back.  I used the clean installer for them.
what if I un-install AL will I get my CC back and what do I do before I install AL back how do I get my CC back in the game?

No, your CC is still there. The CC was simply disabled.

Start up your game and wait until the loading screen ends. When you get the popup window listing CC, look down near the bottom for two choices to enable or disable CC. Tick the choice to enable your CC and then press Exit.

Then start up the game again to reload your CC. Everything should be there.

IF you don't have a CC popup window, go to a lot of your choice and then go into Options. I think the choice is in Game Mechanics (looks like a Computer icon or similar) and re-enable the CC. Then exit the lot and game to reload the CC.
