I only saw a few episodes of this anime myself, so I can't say much about it. But Kittyvibe wanted it and who am I to say no to a pretty face? And true to my nature, I mimiced the design, minus a few alterations to make it my own. First, it is community, not residential--even though I only saw a few episodes, I didn't see the girls actually live IN the Cafe (But that's okay, you can make that correction yourselves if you wanna live in it); second, I made a storage area in the basement, which I strongly advise against renovating unless you've mastered Mike's Inside Building tutorials (which are found here by the way:
