I noticed that all my CC for the actual sims shows up (clothes, makeup, hair, etc.) shows up as does all the build mode stuff. Also, the posters show up as well. The rest of the custom buy mode stuff I downloaded is not showing up.

Mods I have;;
Insimenator
Inteenimator
Pregnant Wear Anything (inteen compatible)
Numenor's Hacked Coat Rack
Christianlov's Clothing Rack, Custom Skintone Selector, & Sim Cloner

As far as I know, nothing conflicts.

How can I make it work?

Try this:

Go into Game Options.

If 'Show custom content in Catalog' is set to Disable, enable it, then Quit and re-launch the game. Otherwise, see the following:

(This next sounds counter-intuitive, but can sometimes kickstart the game into behaving.)

If 'Show custom content in Catalog' is set to Enable, disable it, then Quit and re-launch the game.
Go once more to Game Options, and this time reset 'Show custom content in catalog' to Enable, then Quit and re-launch the game.

Thanks.

I've tried that quite a few times and it still doesn't seem to be showing up.

In that case (and we are talking about Game Options, not about the custom content splash screen enable/disable options), you have some incompatible or otherwise problematic custom content (whether hacks or whether other items), and should follow the guidance here:

http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Finding_Problem_Custom_Content

You might first try the Hack Conflict Detection Utility:

http://208.109.175.73/Sims_2_HCDU.htm

but be aware that it (a) doesn't find everything, and (b) does not differentiate between benign conflicts and malignant conflicts, but is useful as a starting point if you suspect that hacks/mods might be involved.

Yes, I have the latest CEP Smiley

This is all I got when I ran the Hack Conflict Detection Utility:
Sims 2 Hack Conflict Detection Utility - Version 2.00.03

Error: 53
File not found: SWsupport.dll

Module: modSimsPackage
Procedure: gfstrDecompressFile
Location: 3000

Install Path: C:\Documents and Settings\Melissa\My Documents
Data Path: C:\Documents and Settings\Melissa\My Documents
Sims Path: C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Deluxe\Base\

Better start finding the bad custom content. Fun.
Thanks guys.
