You don't have Clean Installer, do you? If you do, then set it up as the default program to open sims2pack files and you'll be able to install her.

Ah, no, sorry. It's a Windows based program that uses the .Net framework, so it's not compatible with Macs. I don't know of a Mac friendly 'clean installer' -ish program. Sorry

oh okay well thank you anyway for trying to help!
mostly i have no problems downloading cc and other things but when i'm trying
to download complete sims, sometimes it doesn't work, but atleast now i know why!

Ah, i honestly have no idea
I think i may have gotten them on tsr or the ea site.
They don't have a caption thingy in bs or in game either so i couldn't tell ya.

Lol. That's fine. Believe me, I completely understand. That's why I never can upload any of my stuff or Sims I make.. who's mesh is who's, what's pay and what's not, etc. Makes it all too complex and I don't want to tick off anyone or get banned anywhere. haha.
