I hope I post this correctly!  Anyway, this an old victorian house that stands abandoned near where I live.  I wish I could own it, but since I can't, I figured I would make a Sim home.    Grin
It is a four bedroom home, with three full baths and one half bath--no more fighting for toilet rights!!
There is a full basement which I have furnished as a gameroom/tv room.  It does have a pool and a lovely landscaped pond.  It costs around 150,000 simoleons.
  Custom content includes:

Cast stone planter, www.marinasims.org

Eponymous garden fern and fennel, www.parsimonious.org

Garden fern, www.xmsims.com

Quadrato by Ergo window, by Zeroth at MTS2

Invisible driveway package, http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=90875  Awesome invention!  NOTE:  you may need Numenor's Colour Enabler package for this to show up!  http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=92541

Roman shade, Huge Lunatic, www.modthesims2.com  no link available since crash at MTS2

Americana Tabbed Curtain, www.grapholina.com

Tiger Lily, Sunni Sims

Thanks to all the creators of the above custom work.

I have up to Bon Voyage installed, but I tried to use basic Maxis items so that a wider audience can use this home.  But, I can't guarantee I didn't use something from an expansion pack.
Thanks, and enjoy my old house! Rock
