to fix it, please clone the Sim in bodyshop twice, then repackage.

I will update the message with a new rar file. Shoud I do it like that. I know where the problem is

if you just use SimPE (SimSurgery) to clone the file and export that sim for upload - it will not include the clothing, make-up,skintones, etc.  You have to "clone" or "copy" the Sim in BodyShop at least two times to prevent this error.
