I know the chair in the second picture are from Hek's Sommerfien livingroom chair over at MTS2. If it's a recolor, I have no idea who did it.

I think those are the reflective floors by Teko.  Well, Murano over at TSR.
You just choose your flooring , then cover them with his . You will need reflections on in game for them to shine.

Just keep in mind that those are likely pay items and can be found in the Booty and can also cause an unholy amount of lag in your game.
