as it says in the title is there anything anywhere like an outfit (diaper replacement) mod where the colour of the outfit can be decided by the gender of the baby like blue for boy pink for girl and at the same time that the babys gender is chosen

So, you want a mod where the colour of the diaper is determined by the gender of the baby? Blue if a boy, pink if a girl, correct? I dunno if any such thing exists, but suspect that other members here do.

Doubtful, as on its face it would seem to involve having more than one default replacement in play simultaneously.

But you could try the skintone changers in the hack/mod section. Not the same - but practical if you want different outfits on the babies.
