Unable to go to Community lots

Hey guys, I keep forgetting to post this. But everytime I have my sim go to a community lot, an error pops up. This seems to happen everytime, every game. But no it seems that the action is cancled out  Help please?

2 questions whose answers will help with assistance:

1) Has every single one of whichever EPs/SPs you have installed been patched?

2) Have your Sims previously been able to go to community lots with no problems and this is something new or recent that is occurring?
