Dr. Vu's Automatched Cosmetic Surgeon

The Sims 2 University came with a few new career rewards, including Dr. Vu's Automatched Cosmetic Surgeon.
I'm a total sucker for having all my playable sims with nice genes and since the cosmetic surgeon only makes the sims look good, and doesn't change a sims' genetics, I was wondering if there could be some way of altering Dr. Vu's Automatched Cosmetic Surgeon so that it changes the genetics too.
I'm not sure if it is possible because I've searched high and low for something that resembles this but with no success.
I hope this can be done

No, I don't think it is possible to do one like that. There have been a discussion on another site about genetics and the surgical reward object as well as a discussion here on the site (pre-Nov) about an object sector on Insimenator (mod) that only changed the appearance but not the genetics.

BUT there is a tutorial that's fairly easy to do once you get the hang of SimPE. You can transform your Sims genetically if you follow the directions in Wirelessguy's Permanent Makeover Tutorial. This tutorial teaches people how to give Sims permanent makeovers using both Bodyshop and SimPE.

Try that tutorial.
