DaSpecial1, if you have Chamomile tea bags, here's a little something to help your back.

Boil water and put maybe 4 bags in it.
Have your husband slather honey on your back where it hurts (i know, gross)
Pull the tea bags out, ring them out, but make sure they're still hot.
Put those on top of the honey and cover both with a warm dry rag.

It helps, it really does.

just got back from our first game, which was at the Alamodome in San Antonio. we lost against Brenham, but, even though our half-time show epic failed toward the end, we still kicked their band's arses.

Being sick.  After a night of not being able to sleep, my stomach feels like it's been blown to hell by an atomic bomb, my head feels like I've been crushing it in a vice, and to top it off, I think I have a fever.  What a joyus day so far.
