Just about freaked out and tried to rip my thumbnail out. My nail scraped across gloss paper and I hated the squeak. It gave me goosebumps. That's an awful feeling!

My daughter is just like you! She absolutely cringes at that squeak or if you rub a ballon and make that squeak.  I never understood how she got goosebumps from that--at least I know it's not just her now Wink.

Oh but go easy on the thumbnail Smiley.


Currently I'm relaxing my still semi-sore eyes, trying to decide whether to torture myself by attempting another sim.

There's a few of them that will make me freak out. Squeaking a fork on a plate, paper rubbing together, scratching a car's paint, wood rubbing together against the grain, scraping my fingernails on glossy paper, scratching nailpolish off, nails on a chalkboard, the sound a frozen cup makes when water is poured into it. I will go nuts over every one of those.

Reminding myself why I don't usually go partying...

I'm tired (because someone - not me! - did not want to go home until 3.30), my head hurts (too loud music), nausea (too much chocolate)...
And I actually thought that the morning after would be better for me who DON'T drink than for all the others who still were partying when I managed to drag mr. Party Lion home...
