Also, Avatar seems to be the Taylor Swift of movies. Pretty, overhyped, average once the hype gets looked over, and seeming being nominated for (and winning) every award on Earth.

Watching the proceeding and getting pissed off at the fact that my mom effectively treats my 8-year old half-brother like he's a god or something. Basically, you can have your opinion and do what you want, as long as he shares it. God forbid you grow tired of his irritating need to make stupid noises every few seconds, barge throughout the house like a horde of buffalo, his need to speak at entirely too loud volumes, or his obsession with having the TV on Nick all day, especially 6PM and later (6-8PM is what I call the Scum Hour). God forbid I try to correct him or bring his ego down to something that vaguely resembles a normal person's ego....

Feeling sorry for myself, since I've got a cold. Headache, sore throat, troubles getting any sleep... you name it.
The plane ride back home yesterday almost made my head explode (at least it felt that way, with a stuffy nose on top of the usual plugged ears).

The Animex week was fun, but I'm happy to be home.

For the first time in about 2 weeks, I'll be getting the house to myself for a little while. (2 hour delay for schools is better than not having it at all, even if it means that my "me" time is reduced.)

Chatting thru MSN with Zordac while he is still at work and waiting for our new sofa to be delivered. I'm also enjoying the view from this window of the bare winter trees swaying in the wind and the whiteness of the snow....beautiful.
