Mord-Sith Mesh and Colors

Hello everyone! I was wondering, can anyone mesh really good? If so, can you please make me a costume like this:

If someone can, you dont have to include the rod and gold chain at her left (if you were behind her) hip. But, if you could include one that could go around her wrist under glases or jewelry, that would be wonderful. Ty for your time!
