I usually make my own characters, but I'm having no luck with this one.
I imagine the Fashion Model Bodytype would fit this one the best, the issue I'm having is with the hair.
If anyone would like to give it a shot, that would rock.
And rather than creating two individual threads, maybe someone refer me to a site that has a hair mesh like this..
I've been looking for ages, but most sims sites seem to cater to super long hair meshes.
