I know the animal set (walls/furniture) is at MTS2, but I can't get on there for some reason.
The teddy bear is from some gift set at Peggyzone

I don't think it's that duck. I've got several items of that set, and the only duck in it is the lego duck.

If you take a look at the second picture on that thread I linked to and look at the red window, you'll see the duck on the window sill
