WCIF: A career hack

Hi guys,
I was looking for a hack that makes it possible for my sims to have the careers, that came with university, pop up as normal careers when finding a job on the computer. I have a sim that desperately wants to become a cult leader but can't because if I send him to college my game will crash (searched for answers for that problem too but it can't be solved )
I have the uni expansion pack just so you know

What you may be after is not a mode for the careers (which would be a global mod), but just a way to make any adult Sim a college graduate without attending college.

The Counterfeit diploma by christianlov will allow you to do just that:

After the Sim has been given the status of graduate, he/she is treated exactly the same by the game as an attending graduate would be.

I love the counterfeit diploma I'll be using that one.
And thank you too Pierre for your suggestion but I don't use the Insimenator and honestly I'm a little intimidated by it (and it's complexity).
