Harder skills and grades?

I'm trying to find a harder skills hack. I've found easier skilling and harder jobs, but I'd like one that's just harder skills.

Also, the harder grades hack doesn't seem to be updated for AL, is there one somewhere that is?

I've got a couple series of mods that limit skill building for toddlers and children you might be interested in.  And for Uni, I've got a series of mods that make "making the grade" harder, but it doesn't effect children or teens, only YA at college.  Link in my siggy.

Actually, I was thinking of a skill mod sort of like this one for the Sims 3: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=344997 but for the Sims 2. And the slower part of it, since my Sims get maxed out mid-adulthood which makes playing very boring for me.

Thanks, but I don't want one for Young Adults, just a child-teen one.
