Have you tried Squinge's section, located on the index page of this very site?

1. Type boolProp testingcheatsenabled true into the cheatbox.
2. Shift+Click on the mailbox.
3. Under one of the menus (I can't tell you off the top of my head which) you will find a choice called Make All Happy. Click it.
4. Voila! All sims on the lot have maxed motives.

This is what i used when i only had base game. It should work for you.

Another trick is to drag your Sim's needs to maximum by clicking on the bar and dragging it to fill it up. It works only if you have a mod from See Them 2 that has a censor blur remover and a couple other things.

And there are a few alternative object mods:

XLStormyLX's Happy Gnome - Post #30 and Post #31 has updated files for download

=0&typenormal=1&typepicked=1&typefeatured=1&username=&csort=0]Search Results at MTS - a variety of object mods to max motives

Inge's Motive Mods - Inge has a handful of good mods (some are object and some are global) that deal with motives. She has a few that you might try if you have only Uni installed

Interesting Mod at MTS

There was a gnome someone made available (I think at MTS) that maximizes the needs too as it was the original idea before XLStormyLX's version. I think the person's name was either H or L, but if someone knows who that is, feel free to post the name and link to whereabouts of that particular gnome.
