Okay, so this isn't technically a WCIF for a certain CC... but I just read on the Sims wiki where you can, using SimPE, make Brandi Broke's unborn child have a chance of being female and with both Brandi and Skip's genetics:

My question is, where could I find a good tutorial on how to do this?
