Cassandra (Doctor Who Download)

Hello. Can anyone help me find the old TS2 download, Cassandra, for Doctor Who? It used to be available on Dragonsire sims, and he has like a blog or something, but I can't access it because it is considered private on blogspot. I tried to contact him, but he has no email, or at least I could not find one. Please help, somebody!

Is it this site? I found it through Google. The site seems to load pretty slowly though, but it could be just me. Cassandra (an non updated version) appears to be available at the bottom of the page.
