You're right.  It's been a while since I've used or even looked at LL's so I was just going on my failing memory.

The tattoo is at the bottom of the page here. It's a bit hard to see but it's in the Between The Shadows set.

The face paint is actually part of a skin on GOS here. The hair is here. Click on Click on "Download List/Thumbnails"  and you'll find it in the bottom row of the male hair (first on that row).
