Here's the floorplan of the house that I wanted. I know, it looks kind of easy, but I have tried it again and again. I still mess up on the stairs, because I wanted them done in a specific way.
Since the stairwell is small, I wanted "Equal stairs" the way they look in the picture. I wanted the "half-way up" landing to be 8 clicks above ground level. I'm able to get that bit worked out, but when I go to put the wall around the stairwell, the platform and all the walls get all messed up. I have tried like 6 different tutorials and I can't get it right. So, I need someone that knows what they're doing stair-wise.
I want the house to be two floors of the same layout, like apartments, but on a residential lot. Small lot, with enough room for a garage and driveway, but not much bigger.

P.S. The house doesn't have to be decorated.
