The Manor House

this was requested by itguy221.over at classy sims and i just had to share it here with you guys.
it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the bedrooms are big enough to split into 2 bedrooms if needed. it has a gym, a games room, a large study large kitchen, large living room theres a huge spare room at the top of the house this room iam using to put my sims urns when they pass rather than using the garden as i didnt want to move them to a community lot
on the ground floor there is a room for sims to get married and a room to throw the wedding party or even use it as birthday partys and wedding anniverserys if you wanted to. it has 2 garages but enough spaces to park 4 cars. a large pool. 2 gazeebo's wich i built one has a hot tub underneath it and the other has a bbq and seating area. the back and front is also landscaped. there is no object cc on this lot as i removed it all the only cc is some flooring and wall coverings but very little of it. this lot costs $ 705,792 and it will require all ep's. well i hope you all like it and enjoy!!
