WCIF the skin changing vile

I know that there is a skin changer vile where you can change a sim's skin to a specific type of skin that is provided with the mod. But i think that i once stumbled upon a skin changing mod where you can change a sim's skin to whatever type of skin that is downladed to the game. I will be very grateful to whoever finds the mod ( if there is one)

Hope I helped. It's made by Christianlov over at MTS2. It's not a vile, it's a picture frame. All the skin viles I saw gave Sims supernatural skintones. I hope I helped.

I found skin change vials at MTS.
From what I've read, it seems they only change into the Maxis skin tones though. I personally only use custom skins. I'm not sure if you do as well, or if this is what you were interested in. Hope this helps
