Paint pool walls on pets

I wanted to know if there's a way to recolour pool walls if I have pets ep..?

I tried using the tutorial with the boolprop constrainfloorelevation false cheat, but later learned that it won't work with pets.

There's no reason why it shouldn't work with Pets. I used it up until Seasons, when you could change the colours of the floors and walls in pools just like you can in houses.

Is seasons required, though? Coz i forgot to mention that i don't have seasons. The only ep's I have is NL, OFB, and pets.

For what, the cheat or for just clicking to change them like any wall or floor?

To use the terrain cheat, no, you do not need Seasons.

To click and change them like you do regular walls and floors you do need seasons.

Sorry, i need to make my problem clearer.

The cheat works perfectly. The problem comes when I need to find the point in the block of the pool wall I want to paint.

The wall simply doesn't change to the covering I want, no matter how hard I try to find the correct point - even after using the cheat and raising the ground.

OK, I get your point. It's incredibly fussy, I know from my own experience. I often found I had to move my mouse to either of the top corners, especially on the corner panels. Also, if you're trying to Shift+Click the walls, that won't work. You have to do them one panel at a time.

Tried it - no luck! 

I think my best bet is to invest in some more EP's (including seasons).
