WCIF: Simcribbling/Louis' make up?

I'm very sorry if this has been asked before, I searched & only something about skintones came up but my problem is that I can't find these sort of... I want to call them "face masks" but they went in the make up section. There were different tones that, I'd say, defined the face of a sim more... gave it depth (for lack of a better word).
I just had to uninstall the base & all the EPs and then reinstall them since the game wouldn't let me modify faces for some unknown reason. I don't know how many times I've had to uninstall & reinstall everything and this time I lost those files and can't find them again.

I'm not sure where you can find these. I believe Louis has a Yahoo Group (or something) where some or all of the makeup is stored.

Personally, it only took me losing everything once to get into the habit of, at the very least, backing up my sims and downloads.
