Hidden Witch Neighborhood?

So what I want to know is, is this truley a hidden maxis nighborhood that came with AL like the OP describes or is this just a custom neighborhood? I also won't be downloading it, as it would probably take the rest of the night and tomorrow as well to finish on my slooow connection. If anyone decides to download this mystery hood can you let me know how well it plays and what is included in the hood? Thanks for reading!

Here's my findings...........
The neighborhood only comes with two buildings...
This is, the Palace Of Neverending Light.
This is the Fortress of Eternal Darkness.
It does come with a bunch of pre-made families. I didn't play it. I just looked at it, snapped a few pictures and that was it. Both buildings do come furnished.
145MB unzipped.

Thanks for the help EKozski! What a croc though..I'm not going to waste my time downloading that! I was wondering though how would I be able to get to this Magic Town hood? I now know that it is indeed installed with AL, similar to the secret lots in FT, but I guess I haven't played a witch long enough to be able to travel to the hood; so how would I do it? Do I have my sim learn all available spells, or what? Ah, I also found this link late last night after I had posted this thread.

Just pop the folder in your Neighborhoods folder. It's a stand alone 'hood.

Er, no what I meant was..the said hood how would I have my witch travel there? Is this hood you're talking about a must to download or is it secretley in the game? I really don't have the space for such a huge file, so how would I get to the hood through the game? Thanks! ;)
