Hidden Witch Neighborhood?

You'd have to have your Sim cast spells and such to work up to the point where you get invited to visit the lot. Try Googling for a witchcraft guide.

actually any witch could go click on the sim and select "fly to... community lot" and there'll be an option to go to Magic Town (it may be called something else, I can't remember) to either the Palace of Neverending Light or the Fortress of Eternal Darkness
