One of the first houses I built in TS3 that I actually grew to like, and felt like sharing. I'm too damned tired to come up with one of my normal witty write-ups however. So, on with the pictures!

Larger Image here.

The Info:
- Requires: World Adventures and Ambitions (built with patch v4.34)
- 30x30 Lot, $50k furnished.
- 2BR, 2BA
- Moderately furnished
- Finished, unfurnished basement with laundry room
- Garage/Work Area
- Spacious yard, perfect for gardening
- Custom furniture and wallpaper recolors made by myself, included in download.
- Note: Requires 'Door with Glass' by lemoncandy of MTS. Not included, so you'll have to download it.
- Usage Policy for recolors: I couldn't care less.

As usual, just keep this off the Exchange, and enjoy!

Just finished downloading, I love the look of the house and lot. Perfect for my small world I am playing.

I have built lots of houses, enough to place and fill a whole world, so now I am not inspired to build anything new. I always look for little gems to use in my world now, sometimes I get bored with the ones I have, and place them. Will be checking the site regularly for any new ones.

Thanks very much for this wonderful lot, Jenna!

Jenna, seriously, it's gorgeous! I love it. It looks like a dream home I once imagined when I was a kid. Seriously, awesome work Smiley

Thanks, both of you. Cheesy

I have built lots of houses, enough to place and fill a whole world, so now I am not inspired to build anything new.

Likewise. I've built hundreds of houses for TS2 (only ever uploaded a few dozen), and after a while, lost all inspiration myself. Can't even muster up the energy to build a box with windows in TS2 anymore. Hah!

I absolutely loved this house from the second I finished it. Hell, it's one of my favorites to date. I've also got about half a dozen other homes to finish up currently, and I do intend to upload them in the future -- just keep getting side tracked by my other gaming obsessions.
