Since I had to generate a new Sims 2 folder, all the houses I had in the houses bin vanished.

I'm guessing the Lot Catalog Folder on my desktop contains all my houses. Is it safe to assume that I can copy and paste the contents from the desktop folder to the folder inside the game and all the downloaded houses will show up?
