I know what a sugarglider is, but not everyone does (and many people seem to be allergic to using Google to finding things out on their own
). Hence, it's always good to never assume what is known to you will be automatically known to all. It's best to give as much detail as possible when requesting content, including pictures. This also erases the possibility of anyone using "Well, you didn't give a picture, so I had to guess what you wanted" as a reason if it's made, but ends up not being what the requester was looking for.
