Stargaze Mod

I have looked on mod the sims, here, and sims rescource (then I got a virus that kept me off for a while >.<) and I could not find a mod that allows alien abduction from stargazing without use of a telescope and I was wondering if a modder could make this for me or find it in a place I havent looked yet. Do you mean from sitting on the ground and looking at the stars? Alien abduction from stargazing with the expensive telescope has been available since the base game.
